My little guy decided to come early!

So, I had my baby! He was born 4 weeks before his due date but he is healthy, strong, intact, and beautiful might I add.  Labor wasn't too bad thanks to an epidural, lol.  He was 6 lbs and 2.4 oz, 17.5 inches, a tiny boy.  But he is growing quickly and after a week and a half was 6 lbs 12 oz and 20.5 inches.  I can't wait to get some new yarn and maybe design some baby items.  I love baby items that have a modern feel, not the typical pastels, so thats the direction I will go.  He will be the best model I could ever ask for.  :)

31 weeks and 2 days Pregnant

So I have been pregnant for quite a while now.  I have been wrapped up in pregnancy thoughts and preparations for the baby, as any new mom would be.  My first 4 months were the most difficult of my life, sick all day and night.  Sooo glad that part is over with.

Now I have about 9 weeks until my due date, and man I cannot wait!  I feel my lil boy kicking and moving and I so badly want to hold him.  My fiance and I have everything we need for his arrival at this point.  We do want a few more things that will make life easier though, like a wipe warmer, and diaper pail.

I had a 4d ultrasound a few weeks ago, and my boy didn't really want his picture taken.  We did manage to get a few pics of his sweet lil face tho, this one is my favorite.

Putting Together a Spring Bedroom

Skins . . .

So. . . I do not like Skins, you know the "new" MTV show.  Its not so new as most of us know, and its not very interesting in my opinion.  They put all this steam behind advertising it, and it's just not worth it.  I was a big Degrassi watcher when I was a teenager, Skins can't even compare to Degrassi.  I thought it might be similar but NOPE.  Sorry Skins, you lose.

Front Page last night AGAIN!

So, this is great.  Made front page again and this time its the pattern for my big daddy chain.  I recently put the pattern on sale in my shop so this is great advertising.  The rest of the day is going to be filled with knitting and crocheting.  And I dvr'ed knit and crochet today and knitting daily, so I will be watching that for sure.

Front Page last night!

I made front page for the third time!  Very Excited!  I know now that my team is going to be a very good thing for all of us!  My team members make beautiful things, and take awesome photographs. This job is right for me, so how do I get it?

The job I want and think would fit me well is in design and visual merchandising.  So, I have an AAS in Interior Design, and a bit of visual merch experience, but If I have to start off as a trainee of sorts, I will.  I feel like this is the job for me, I am even willing to relocate.
